First LA Noire short story out now, fansites get new shots

L.A. Noire is out in a couple of weeks, and Rockstar is getting ready for launch by releasing some more exclusive images to fansites, as well as the first installment in its short story series.

The screenshot in the header comes to us courtesy of Rockstar Network, who also has the full shot in HD, as well as a listing of all the other fansites which were recently graced with new screenshots.

Meanwhile, for those who're interested in the short stories compilation L.A. Noire: The Collected Stories, the first short has hit the net. Its titled: "What's in a Name?" and was written by Jonathan Santlofer.

You can read it online or download it from Rockstar.

L.A. Noire lands in stores May 17 in North America and May 20 in Europe.
