First free Monster Hunter Generations DLC drops today with Link and Okami-centric items

From today, Monster Hunter Generations players can start looking forward to free, monthly downloadable content.

Released today, the first pack gives Felyne characters a canine look with a set of armor based on Amaterasu from Okami. Or they can choose to dress like Link from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

Both of these gear sets can be equipped for Felynes in either form: as AI support companions for hunters called Palicoes or with players directly controlling them in Prowler mode.

The latest pack also includes 10 new quests, as well as armor sets and weapons for both hunters and Felynes. If you head over to Capcom Unity, the site has more information on these quests, arena challenges, the support pack and more.

Monster Hunter Generations' series of free DLC packs will be made available the first Friday of every month through early 2017.
