There's a ton of new side content to enjoy, as well as collectibles to find and minigames to take on. Can You Romance Characters in Final Fantasy 7 Remake?
Given that Final Fantasy 7 Remake is a JRPG, you may be expecting to be able to romance certain characters. This is not the case, as FF7 Remake is a much more linear affair than you may be expecting. It's extremely story-heavy, and while there are romantic moments between Cloud and Jessie, Tifa and Aerith (as well as some side characters), it's all very much predetermined. There is no choice in who Cloud romances, and the story plays out as is written.
Do You Choose Between Tifa and Aerith?
In the original Final Fantasy 7, you'd be asked to make certain choices regarding characters like Aerith and Tifa. This would essentially be tantamount to romancing them, and would culminate in a date with someone at the Golden Saucer. Can You Romance Jessie?
There's certainly a lot of sexual tension between Cloud and Avalanche's explosives expert Jessie. Unfortunately, that's as far as things go, and you cannot romance her.
