Final Fantasy 13 PC locked at 720p, but here's a tool to fix it

Just in case you weren't sick of talking about what resolution everything runs in.

Final Fantasy 13 hit PC today, but its arrival hasn't been hailed with as much pleasure as anticipated.

Turns out the RPG is locked to a resolution of 720p, which is far below what the Master Race considers acceptable.

Happily, modders have rallied around in support of the port: a new beta version of the popular GeDoSaTo tool includes a pre-alpha plug-in increasing the game's resolution.

There are a number of bugs but it does work. You can learn more and download the latest version of the tool direct from developer.

In other FF13 PC news, the Steam download is 60GB. Woah.
