Fallout 4 is looking unlikely for an E3 2014 reveal after Bethesda's Pete Hines shot rumours down in a fireball of gossip debris and speculation wreckage, but the discovery of this Fallout easter egg in Wolfenstein: The New Order does little to suppress the rumours.
