Fallout 4 Update 1.3 out now on consoles [UPDATE]
The latest Fallout 4 update is now available on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

As you can see above, the update "dramatically increases" object fading distances on consoles.
The patch was released earlier for Xbox One players per various folks on reddit and the official Fallout 4 forums.
Bethesda has since tweeted that the PlayStation 4 version is now available as well.
Update 1.3 was released on PC on February 1 after being in beta for a couple of weeks.
Those who update their game can expect Vault 81 folks to be properly dismembered; MacReady’s perk won't break your game; and Minutemen quests won't annoy the s**t out of you every few minutes.
The Fallout 4 patch notes can be found through here, and at present, it doesn't seem to be available on PlayStation 4 just yet.
