Fallout 4 player spends 30+ hours underwater so you don't have to

What's under the sea in Fallout 4? Not as much as you'd hope.

Fallout 4 provides several methods of safely exploring underwater, but the limited visibility and low pay-off makes it something of a chore.

That's where Redditor Lavonicus comes in. Having tried and failed to recruit an army of underwater explorers, this bold adventurer bit the bullet and explored pretty much the entire ocean - plus many other bodies of water - single-handedly.

The result? A 113-post Imgur album showing off various interesting finds, with map and above-water references for the most important of them, as well as videos of the highlights. Now you can see what's down there without doing the work yourself.

That's a pretty good idea, actually, because it must be said that there's not as much as many hoped to find. While there are certainly a few chests and safes to crack, and some cool-looking locations to check out, there's no underwater vault, dungeon or other major secret. (We won't be surprised if it turns up in the first DLC, though.)

There's an embed of the full collection of images at the bottom of the post, but before that is a spoiler-free map pulled from the bottom of the album. That way you can just go see the best stuff for yourself if you fancy it; green for loot and red for interesting sights.
