Fallout 4 will run at 1080p, 30FPS on PS4 & Xbox One

Hey y'all, guess what resolution and frame rate Fallout 4 will - oh, I put it in the headline.

Update: Bethesda confirmed that the PC version of the game will be uncapped, and that 1080p/30fps only applies to the console versions.

Original story: Yes, Fallout 4 will run at 1080p and 30 FPS, on all platforms.

Digital Spy confirmed the news with Bethesda at E3 2015.

Before you get too upset, remember Bethesda said it has dialled back Fallout 4's graphics in order to implement many exciting new systems, like power armour customisation (worth it, yo).

After all the excitement of the new generation launching and delivering a glorious 60FPS future, we seem to have settled on 1080p 30 FPS as pretty much standard; Horizon: Zero Dawn will also be 1080p 30FPS, for example. Oh well. At least the Xbox One seems to be coughing up 1080p on the regular now that the Kinect resources have been freed up.

Fallout 4 launches on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on November 10.
