Fable Legends launching on PC alongside Xbox One with cross-platform play

Fable Legends was announced for PC today during Microsoft's Windows 10 event, along with the news it would contain cross-platform play with Xbox One.
The game will allow you to play with up to four of your friends online across both platforms.
A video from the team at Lionhead, which goes into more detail, was also released and it along with screenshots from the game are posted below.
Fable Legends will be releases later this year alongside the Xbox One version.
