Fable III to go beyond Albion, confirms Molyneux

Fable III 3

Fable III is mostly set in Albion, but is also set in another new continent, Lionhead boss Peter Molyneux has revealed.

Speaking with IncGamers, he confirmed that - for the first time in the series's history - there will be a second continent in the game other then Albion.

Molyneux also confirmed the sequel will have new races to fight against.

"Yes, it will have new races and a whole new environment," he said.

Last week at X10, Molyneux confirmed there’d be no HUD and no levelling system for Fable III, which was the news he thought would upset people.

As well as that, the studio showed off the game for the first time with first screens and first gameplay footage shown in a dev diary.

He did promise, though, not to "p**s off" as many people as he did in San Fran.

It's out in winter, although no exact date has been given.
