Ex-NIS America staffers form new publisher Acttil

Acttil is the new publisher born from former NIS America staffers, and will handle titles for PC, consoles, mobile platforms, and browsers.

Gi.biz reports that the team was formed by NIS America producer Jack Niida, vice president of production Hiroko Kanazashi, and vice president of marketing Nao Miyazawa, and that the company will also explore other forms of digital content, such as eBooks.

Acttil issued a press release last night to lay out its stall, adding that it will also deliver marketing expertise, analytics, monetisation options, game feedback, and sale plans to developer clients.

Niida said of the company's launch, “We are optimistic with the current digital content environment. It is quite promising for independent developers and we would love to work closely with them and help achieve their goals"

We'll have more on Acttil's games once it announces its first signings.
