EVE Online's Captain's Quarters trailered

EVE Online is so initially complicated that there's a player-run school to teach the basics - providing you can pass the entrance exam.

Thankfully, CCP is looking to make it easier for fresh players, and this latest trailer shows off the Captain's Quarters, just one of many newb-friendly additions to grace the game shortly.

Players can explore their quarters with their in-game avatars, which have recently been given a serious graphical overhaul to grant a greater sense of identity. Many of the game's basic actions can be performed form the quarters in a way that strikes the eye more gently than an array of bewildering menus.

CCP has named its upcoming expansion Incarna, referencing its intention to see the player more immersed in the game's world.
