escapeVektor appearing on PlayStation Vita next Tuesday

Sony has revealed the PlayStation Vita version of much-adored puzzler escapeVektor will be available from next week.

Created by Nnooo, this game is fully detailed on the US PS Blog. Nic Watt, creative director at the studio, had this to say:

"Vektor is trapped inside your CPU and needs your help to escape! Each node (level) consists of a series of interconnected lines which form cells. These are claimed as Vektor moves along them. Claiming all of the cells in a node unlocks the exit to the next node, bringing Vektor closer to his escape. Watch out because the CPU sets up obstacles and sends out its army to destroy him."

Four main abilities can be unlocked to help your escape. These are Detonate, Blast, Super Boost, and Boostenate, which appears to be an ultimate version of the other three power-ups.

Players can enjoy 150 nodes across 27 zones. Check out the release trailer right here:

escapeVektor releases on Januarry 22 for $9.99, while PS Plus Subscribers will get a 20% discount until February 5.
