Elder Scrolls Online takes players to the Black Marsh this fall, Wolfhunter DLC out next week on PC

The Elder Scrolls Online players will be fighting fighting werewolves starting next week, and this fall, they will travel to the Black Marsh.

Bethesda announced the next update to The Elder Scrolls Online is coming this fall, Murkmire, and it takes player to the Black Marsh - home of the Argonians.

Check out that lizard mount. It's a must-have.

Information regarding the expansion other than what is shown was not provided, but it looks rather exciting. Plus, with the release of Murkmire, ESO Plus members will receive and upgrade of 1650 crowns per month, exclusive offers in the Crown Store, a free item every month. Lovely.

Before Murkmire lands, players have the Wolfhunter DLC pack to look forward to, and it arrives next week. It's free to ESO Plus members or it can purchased through the Crown Store.

It features werewolf-themed dungeons March of Sacrifices and Moon Hunter Keep, and both sound bit hairy (get it? ha!).

March of Sacrifices is basically the hunting grounds of Hircine, the Daedric Prince. Here, he hosts the Great Hunt within his realm, pitting a team of players against a powerful Indrik.

The second dungeon, Moon Hunter Keep, takes place in the Order of the Silver Dawn's garrison. It has been taken over by the ancient werewolf Vykosa. And she's not alone: other were-beasts have joined her cause and formed a rather formidable army. Yikes.

Players will battle through hordes of were-beasts and other creatures in order to reach the inner sanctum and confront Vykosa.

Both dungeons can be completed in Normal, Veteran, and Veteran Hard Mode, and successful adventurers will earn new gear sets, monster masks, and other items.

The DLC pack arrives August 13 on PC and Mac and on August 28 for PS4 and Xbox One.

Update 19 will also arrive on the same date. The free update features various improvements and new features such as a new Battlegrounds map, Alliance War changes, a new Skill respec update, and and update to the Werewolf Skill Line.

If you have yet to give Elder Scrolls Online a try, it's free to play now through Wednesday, August 15 on consoles and PC.

Players have access to the full game, including Vvardenfell from the Morrowind Chapter.
