EA named one of British Columbia's "Dream Employers"
EA was named as one of British Columbia's "Dream Employers" during a recent survey.
The survey was conducted by Insights West in partnership with the Miles Employment Group and Business in Vancouver.
BC residents were asked to "think of as many as three organizations they would consider as a top employer," according to EA. "After the results were tabulated, ten private organizations made the list, including EA."
Factors mentioned by participants were work-life balance, compensation, career development, benefits, culture, opportunities for advancement and flexible hours.
EA Canada's campus in Vancouver is home to approximately 1,300 employees working on franchises such as FIFA, NHL hockey and UFC. PopCap Vancouver is located in the region as well.
