EA Access service is finally coming to PlayStation 4 in July

Electronic Arts is bringing  its EA Access service to PlayStation 4.

PS4 users will finally be able to subscribe to EA Access in July, Electronic Arts announced today. Like Xbox One, you can sign-up for a monthly or annual subscription.

The service can be purchased through the PlayStation Store for $4.99 per month or $29.99 annually.

This means you can now get in on Play First Trials of most new EA games which allow you to play 10 hours of the game.

You will also receive a 10% discount on full game purchases, expansions, in-game items and more. Plus, the Battlefield franchise, FIFA, Star Wars Battlefront and more are playable for free through the service.

EA Access was released in beta back in July 2014 exclusively on Xbox One. It officially launched the following month. EA said at the time it offered to put the service on PS4 as well, but Sony declined.
