Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition coming to PC

Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition is the first series entry to enjoy a PC release in the west.

The action title will arrive on PC in North America on May 13, with a European launch date to be confirmed.

It follows publisher Tecmo Koei gauging fan interest in PC games a few weeks back, and is the first Dynasty Warriors game to release on PC in the west.

"We are excited to at last bring Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition," Tecmo Koei America general manager Amos Ip said.

"The series has had a longstanding, dedicated fan base, and with the enhanced graphics and higher frame rates possible for PC we're confident Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition will be a beautiful and fulfilling tactical action experience."

Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Complete Edition includes both the core game and the Xtreme Legends expansion in one bundle; this version is also available on PS4 and Vita.

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 860 Processor or Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.4GHz (faster recommended)
  • Memory: 512MB of RAM (1GB+ recommended)
  • Recommended Display: 1280x720 pixels or True Color display (16:9)
  • Hard drive space: 18GB
  • Video card: VRAM256MB (512MB+ recommended)
  • 3D acceleration corresponding to Pixel Shader 3.0 and above
  • DirectX 9.0c
  • Gamepad compatible
