Dungeon of the Endless trailers show off Amplitude's rogue-like tower defence

Endless Space developer has two new projects in the work - fantasy 4X Endless Legend, which we covered yesterday, and something more out of its usual genre range: rogue-like tower defence Dungeon of the Endless.
Dungeon of the Endless follows the adventure of a team whose spaceship has crash landed, and has players defending a generator while exploring the expanding dunegon surrounding it. The exit is out there somewhere, but waves of monster attacks make it hard to find.
Amplitude released a teaser trailer for the genre mish-mash earlier this month but has since produced a second one, which spliced together makes a proper trailer; check it our below. The game is on show at gamescom this week.
