Would you like to see a Duke Nukem Forever teaser trailer which contains no gameplay footage or cinematic whatsoever? Trust me, you do.

Or, maybe, you don't - it depends how strong your stomach is. But it's certainly a unique bit of marketing. Well done, 2K! You've made me extremely uncomfortable.
