Droidekas coming to Star Wars: Battlefront 2 next week alongside TX-130 Saber-class Fighter Tank

Droidekas fans rejoice: the destroyer droids will make their way into Star Wars: Battlefront 2 next week.

Star Wars fans have been pining for the inclusion of Droidekas in Battlefront 2 for a while now, and the wait is finally paying off.

DICE announced the droids in a developer diary this week, and you will be able to play as one of the rollies.

As part of the update, the TX-130 Saber-class Fighter Tank will also be added, along with a Capital Supremacy map variant which is based on the familiar Naboo.

New appearances will also arrive. For Anakin, you will be able to use the General Skywalker appearance, and for the Clone Army: the 212th Recon Division and 41st Scout Battalion.

The next update will include the humid jungle planet Felucia, located in the Outer Rim Territories. The update will also include "new ways" to play the game.

Check out the developer update video below for more information on what's coming June 26.
