Draw Something adds Facebook and Twitter sharing

Zynga has pushed out a free update to the iOS version of Draw Something which allows players to save and share their own drawings.

Many savvy players have already figured out how to manually screenshot and share their masterpieces - or other people's less than stellar efforts - but by linking your social media accounts you'll be able to do it automatically.

An Android version of the feature is expected to arrive shortly.

Speaking to the Guardian, Zynga's Dan Porter, formerly CEO of OMGPOP, said he isn't "averse" to the idea of adding more gaming aspects to the popular app.

"You might get to level 10 where you only have 60 seconds to guess, and at level 10 plus X you might have another thing that makes it harder, and your goal is to get with your partner to level 25 or something," he suggested.

Draw Something currently attracts around 12 million daily active users.
