Dragons are looting players in Apex Legends
Dragons don't just belong to Skyrim and Game of Thrones, because now they have a home in Apex Legends.
They're called "Flyers" in the game, but don't be mistaken. They're dragons. And they're flying around the map with loot in their talons. You can shoot them out of the sky, as in the video below, and pillage the chests that contain loot from people on your Apex Legends friends list.
Players spotted Flyers hanging high above the map in recent weeks, but the beasts have always kept to themselves... until now. Respawn teased something a little bigger than Flyers in its trailer for the upcoming Season 2, so perhaps this sudden activity is building toward a larger reveal when the new season begins on July 2.
Season 2 launches with a host of new balance tweaks, and a brand new character named Wattson.
