Dragon Age gets live-action series by Guild's Felicia Day

USA Today has the scoop on a new online, live-action series for Dragon Age that's been written by Felicia Day of The Guild.

Known as Dragon Age Redemption, the six-part web series on the BioWare RPG series will also see Day take up the role of an Elven assassin known as Tallis, who "goes on a quest to capture a renegade magician."

Along the way, Tallis will gather a fellowship, although it will be difficult to gather members.

"She can't accomplish her mission alone, so finding allies is tricky," said Day. "The success or failure of the mission will have a big impact on her future and her freedom."

Needless to say, Dr. Greg is "excited" about the whole thing.

"We are really, really excited to work with people like her who have a passion and appreciation for the content and a really good history of quality," said Zeschuk. "That's who we want to work with."

There's more details on the series through the link.

Dragon Age II releases on March 8 in the US and March 11 in the UK for PS3, 360 and PC.
