The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of Divekick has gained a subtitle denoting its plethora of additional content and polishing, but will be made available as free upgrade to those who bought the original version.

Developer Iron Galaxy announced the new title on its Twitch channel, as reported by Shack News.

The new version includes major balance changes as well as at least one new stage and character.

These features will be added to the original game in a future patch, but the PS4 and Xbox One versions will also have console-specific features.

Divekick is currently available on PC, PS3 and Vita. The Addition Edition is expected as a patch after the SoCal Regionals tournament later this month, and the PS4 and Xbox One release will follow thereafter.

Divekick is a really simple fighter with just one move, which makes playing it a battle of reading your opponents cues and psyching them out. It's surprisingly deep, and was nominated for a D.I.C.E. Award.
