Disney Infinity trailer demos Toy Box mode world creation

If you're still a bit confused about how Disney Infinity differs from toys-to-life rival Skylanders, here's a good explanation of Toy Box mode, in which players can assemble and populate their own worlds and games from pieces of all sorts of Disney properties.

The world creation process involves using logic editor tools but Disney promises the tutorials are accessible and there are templates available. As well as the video, there are a couple of screens below showing off works-in-progress.

Disney Infinity is due in various forms in August on 3DS, PC, PlayStation 3, Wii, Wii U and Xbox 360 with companion mobile apps expected to follow.
