Dishonored 2 takes place in the sunny city of Karnaca, but it's not pleasant

Bethesda has released a Dishonored 2 video out of E3 2015 which features co-creative director Harvey Smith discussing on stage the game's new location.
Players will be heading out of Dunwall to the "Jewel of the South" - the city of Karnaca. It's as south as one can go in the Empire of the Isles.
Smith described it as being similar to Mediterranean region of Europe. This means it has beaches. Beaches are nice. Even if virtual.
Being sunny and sandy doesn't mean it's safe. There is trouble brewing in the city, as you will see by military style police in the video. Plus, the area is full of bloodflies which live in dead bodies so the more people you kill, the more of these flying jerks you will encounter.
