Did you catch the Destiny reference in The Simpsons Halloween Special?
There's at least one Destiny fan at FOX.
Nick Conti, an animation casting associate working on The Simpsons for FOX, slipped a Destiny reference into the show.
As usual, the episode's credits featured "spooky" Halloween-themed names, including one Nick "Necrochasm" Conti, followed by the bracketed comment "still don't have it".
Necrochasm is an assault rifle introduced in The Dark Below. It has a very small chance of dropping from the Blades of Crota (there's one in the quest Fist of Crota, if you're looking) and must be upgraded with the even rarer Crux of Crota, which drops from the hard Mode Crota's End raid, to reach it's full potential as the Exotic Eidolon Ally.
These days it's outclassed by Year Two weapons, but also it kind of looks like it has teeth - so you probably still want it anyway.
