Diablo 3 patch 2.4.0 out new - new zone, challenges and much more

Lots of new Diablo 3 content today - and plenty of added features, too.

Diablo 3 has been updated to version 2.4.0 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, adding a whole new location as well as two expansions to existing zones - The Ruins of Sescheron and Leoric's Manor.

A new kind of dungeon has been added to challenge players to make the most of armour sets. Collect a full set of armour to open one of a number of highly challenging new crawls, and earn cosmetic rewards. If you're after upgrades for Legendary gems be sure to check out the new Empowered Rifts, too.

One of the most inetresting changes is that Action Combat has been added to the PC build; if you've tried any of the console versions you'll know Blizzard did a lot more than just remap the controls, and it's great that this terrific option is available to everyone now.
