Diablo 3 Battle Chest includes the base game and Reaper of Souls expansion

Those interested in playing the Necromancer class or reliving the original Diablo through an upcoming event in January may wish to check out the latest Battle Chest from Blizzard.

Over on the Battle.net shop, if you don't already own the base Diablo 3 or the Reaper of Souls expansion for PC, PS4 or Xbox One, you can pick both up for $29.99 or your regional equivalent.

Plus, you won't need catch up on all the patches which have been currently released. And if you prefer to hold the game in your hands, a physical version will be released at retail.

This should get you prepped for the Necromancer class along with the two new zones coming to the game early next year. A price hasn't been provided for the new content just yet, but more information is promised soon.

A re-imagining of the Diablo 2 class, Diablo 3 Necormancers will be a bit different, but the studio said the team took "inspiration from the previous version" of the class and "took it in a direction.”

The Necromancer Pack also comes with an in-game pet, two additional character slots, two additional stash tabs on PC, a portrait frame, pennant, banner sigil and the Shrouded Moors and Temple of the First Born zones.
