Devil's Hunt lets you choose sides in a war between angels and demons

Devil's Hunt follows Desmond, a man who must side with Heaven or Hell in the final battle for Earth.

Before The Witcher 3 was one of the most successful RPGs of all time, it was a Polish fantasy novel series. Perhaps we should be keeping a closer eye on Polish fiction, because now another game based on the market is headed to our consoles next year - Devil's Hunt.

Based on the novel Equilibrium by Paweł Leśniak, Devil's Hunt follows Desmond, a man caught in a war between angels and demons. But Desmond has abilities that make him "a saviour and a destroyer", which will eventually force him to choose sides in the conflict.

In gameplay terms, Devil's Hunt will be a third-person action game. You'll travel across hellish landscapes, fighting monsters with fists or claws. You'll be able to change between human and demonic forms to advance, which sounds suspiciously like Vampyr-styled morality progression. If so, that's an excellent thing.
