The latest Deus Ex: Human Revolution developer diary talks up the RPG side of the cyberpunk adventure.

Deus Ex goes in the shooter and RPG categories because it's not one of these linear combat titles. Go on side-quests! Converse with NPCs! Terrify them by guessing which attacks will most unsettle them! Awesome sauce.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution releases on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in late August.
