Destiny's Wrath of the Machine is going Heroic - watch the livestream here

It all kicks off at in about 30 minutes.

The Destiny: Rise of Iron servers went offline earlier this afternoon to patch the game, and the new Wrath of the Machine Heroic mode will go live at 2pm PT/5pm ET/10pm UK to give everyone time to patch.

Arekkz and his group of Guardians will be jumping into the new mode, so if you are at work and can't log in or aren't at the right Light to give it a go yourself, sit back and watch things unfold instead.

With the new raid mode comes a new patch, and you can read the notes through the link. The Light cap has also been raised to 400, and Archon’s Forge, the Heroic SIVA Strike playlist, and Legendary Engrams will now provide rewards up to 385 Light.

Rare Engrams and the SIVA Strike Playlist will be dropping items with 365 Light. You can read about that in the patch notes as well.
