Destiny: Xur location and inventory for October 23, 24

It's Friday, which means it's Xursday.
Xur: Agent of the Nine has bags full of Exotic gear and he's here to show it off. Xur may or may not bring a weapon, depending on his mood.
What he will bring though is an Exotic engram and two new consumables; Three of Coins and Glass Needle. Three of Coins is a buff you use before fighting bosses to increase your drop rate of Exotic engrams. Glass Needle is needed if you want to reroll stats of Exotic armour.
Xur can be found in the bar in Tower North. He remains there until until 9am GMT on Sunday, October 25.
