Xur: Agent of the Nine is here once again to take your Strange Coins and trade you Exotic wares for them. You can trust him to always bring Year 2 armour, but not always Year 2 weapons.
Xur will also sell you Three of Coins and Glass Needle. You use Three of Coins whenever you want better chances at Exotic drops after defeating bosses, and Glass Needle to re-roll stats on your Exotic armour.
You can find Xur at the Speaker area, by the balcony this weekend. He disappears at 9am GMT on Sunday, May 22.

Universal Remote wasn't a top-tier choice in Year 1, and things are not much different in Year 2.
