Xur: Agent of the Nine is here once again to revive the Exotics trading business. Xur sells Exotic weapons and armour, if you have the Strange Coins to spare.
Xur has been spotted by the big door across from the Speaker this weekend. Make sure to buy what you need before 9am GMT on Sunday, August 28, when he takes off.
