Destiny will utilise facial motion capture

Destiny will have motion-captured facial animations, Bungie has announced. The developer has licensed Faceware's markerless 3D facial mo-cap middleware to get the job done, having previously used it in Halo: Reach. Destiny is a shared-worlds shooter, coming to PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in September this year.
