Destiny's November update allows you to purchase weapon parts with Glimmer

Destiny players will soon be able to buy weapon parts. Hopefully this makes you happy.

According to the latest Bungie Weekly Update, Destiny's 2.0.2 update will allow players to purchase weapon parts from Banshee-44 with Glimmer. This should help out with the parts shortage which occurred in the previous update.

Bungie expects the 2.0.2 update to arrive sometime before Thanksgiving and as previously reported, the update will include improvements to Quests and Bounties.

For December, more "welcome changes" to the in-game economy are coming along with the refinement of "various weapons and classes." This will "address some things" Bungie has notices as well as what players have been suggesting.

Next month Petra will finally decide there's a use for Etheric Light and on top of that, Eris really wants some Worm Spore. No idea why just yet. Just know she's mad for the stuff.

Closing out the update, Bungie wanted to remind folks the Festival of the Lost is ending soon, which means Candy consumables, Gifts of the Lost, and Rare (Blue) quality Masks will be removed from all character Inventories when the Festival ends.

Additionally, the Festival-themed items provided by Eververse Trading Co. will no longer be available for purchase.

There's more information though the link as usual.
