Destiny: gunsmith Banshee reputation is live, but where's Armsday?

You should now start grinding reputation with gunsmith Banshee. Except you can't.
If you launch Destiny right now you'll be treated to a banner announcing the start of Armsday. Armsday, in case you weren't following, is one of the new features coming to Destiny with The Taken King.
Through it, Banshee lets you try out weapons without buying them. As a result, he now has his own reputation meter.
That meter is available for anyone to see, but Armsday itself has yet to start (despite the banner). We'll update the story if and when the guns show up.
