Destiny: Bungie employee spotted wearing VoG gear with Light level 42

Something very strange was sighted in The Tower in Destiny the other day.
Reddit user AerobicPie73630 came across a character named "BungieHelp02" in The Tower.
That person had Vault of Glass gear with Light level 42. Anyone that plays Destiny knows this is simply impossible, given the current gear Light levels. Which leads to a couple of possible scenarios that Arekkz Gaming will go through for you.
Given the nature of this account, it could just be a test and may not even reach the general public. There is also the possibility it could, or are we getting crafting at some point?
