The Destiny Companion App has been released for iOS and Android

The Destiny Companion App has been released on the App Store and Google Play.
The free app allows you to inspect your Guardian, analyze player stats, and compare your Grimoire score on-the-go.
You can also stay in touch with your friends through the Bungie Community via the forums, groups, or private messaging. You can also "track them down on the PlayStation Network or Xbox Live."

Bungie has also spruced up the official website a bit. Check it out.
The PS3 and PS4 beta kicks off tomorrow, July 17, and will go live on Xbox 360 and Xbox One July 23.
Destiny releases on September 9.
