Despite ending two days before launch, your Rainbow Six Siege beta progress won't carry over

Think of the upcoming open beta for Rainbow Six Siege as a demo.

Ubisoft revealed the details of the upcoming open beta for Rainbow Six Siege overnight. The publisher confirmed the beta will feature three maps, and 14 operators.

The beta starts November 24 - November 23 if you played the September one - and wraps up November 29, which is just two days from the game's launch on December 1.

When betas are this close to launch, usually something ends up carrying over to the full game. Not the case, apparently, as Ubisoft revealed that progression, inventory and ranks will all not carry over.

You will be able to pre-load the beta starting November 23.
