What is Icarus? You're going to find out tonight.

The debut trailer for the much talked about Project Icarus from Ken Levine's Irrational Games will debut at 1.45pm EST tonight, or 6.45pm BST, as detailed by an update on the game's teaser site.

The game was shown to press in New York last night. We were there. The coverage embargo lifts 15 minutes after the first movie will appear, so look for our content at 2.00pm EST (7.00pm BST, 8.00pm CET).

Before last night's event, Levine confirmed that the game was to be shown to the journalists with both a trailer and a live demonstration.

In the coming weeks, the demo will be released to the community as well, but there's no exact date of "when" just yet, he said.

According to Levine: "You can send me a threatening PM, but it will have no effect other than to hurt my very delicate feelings."

Fine. We'll be nice, then. Don't blink. You can't miss this.
