DeathSpank dons too many thongs in The Baconing
Hothead Games has released the first set of screenshots from DeathSpank's latest adventure, The Baconing.
In the game, players will be able to enter the Fires of Bacon, Spanktopia, the Throne Room, and meet the AntiSpank.
Here is the basic premise of the game: “…if one were to be in possession of all six Thongs of Virtue, he must never, ever wear them all at the same time, otherwise they risk summoning an incredible self-evil.” – an ancient Thongolith myth
However, our strange hero, DeathSpank, is unaware of the myth of The Baconing, and on a boring day in Spanktopia, he decided to try on all of the thongs at once. To his surprise, the result had "nothing to do with chafing or wedgies," but instead his act summoned the AntiSpank - an evil incarnation of the hero.
Now, in order to get Spanktopia back to normal, he must destroy five of the thongs.
Slated for summer on PC, Mac, PSN and XBL, the game includes new environments, characters, weapons, and suits of armor.
