Death Stranding: Where to find all the pre-order bonuses

Death Stranding is out in the wild, and you're now able to access those cool pre-order bonuses you wanted, like those gold sunglasses.

The pre-order bonuses should download automatically depending on what version of Death Stranding you purchased. There are several in-game pre-order items to find, though it's worth noting that these Gold items have to be unlocked through gameplay.

Death Stranding: all pre-order bonuses

  • Gold Hat
  • Gold "Sam" Sunglasses
  • Gold "Ludens Mask" Sunglasses
  • Gold Armor Plate
  • Gold Armor Plate (Level 2)
  • Gold Speed Skeleton (Level 1)
  • Gold Power Skeleton
  • Gold All-Terrain Skeleton

You don't need to worry about going on random quests to find these items, though. For example, once you've found the base version of the Speed Skeleton, you'll be able to fabricate your Gold Level 1 Speed Skeleton.

For items such as the Gold "Sam" glasses and Bridges hat, you should receive a notification telling you that the new colours are now available to use. You can change the colour of your equipment in your Private Room which unlocks close to the start and you'll be able to access it at most major locations.
