Dead to Rights Retribution has been confirmed for release on April 13 for Xbox 360 and PS3 in the US and April 16 in Europe.

Previously down for release sometime this spring, the date was announced by Namco yesterday along with some pre-order incentives.

We'll let the press release tell you all about it:

The "Jack Pack," exclusive to GameStop features special Grant City Anti-Crime (GAC) armor for Jack Slate, which provides an increased health boost as he battles for justice amidst a city in chaos. In addition, a guns-blazing "action mode" switches up the gameplay with explosive rounds, increasing the damage and impact of all shots fired. Token cards with redeemable codes will accompany in-store retail copies of the game, while an electronic code will be issued for online orders.

Available for pre-orders at Amazon.com, the "Shadow Pack" allows canine companion Shadow to use camouflage which reduces detection when stalking enemies with his stealth move. This pack also offers the visually striking "noir mode" where all on-screen graphics are displayed in black, white and dramatic blood red, further immersing players in the deep noir themes of the game. Customers will receive a redeemable code electronically when their game copy is shipped.

Dog camo? Awesome.

Last week, it was revealed by the ESRB that Shadow was like a rabid hound after precious human flesh, and that the game used the naughty word - you know, the one that describes what mommies and daddies do to one another to show their love  - 257 times.
