Dead Space writer's next game will be unveiled this week for PS5

The next game from the writer of Dead Space will be revealed this week.

Antony Johnston, mostly known for writing the story behind the classic Dead Space games, has been working on a new project for two years. Johnston teased that his next game will be unveiled on tomorrow's PS5 games showcase.

The only hint he dropped about the game is that we'll be playing as a character "having a really bad time." This could indicate it's going to be another horror game, but Johnston actually contributed to non-horror projects like The Assembly, Shadow of Mordor, and Binary Domain. He also wrote the story of the film Atomic Blonde, so this really could be anything.

We'll be watching the show and we'll be bringing all the biggest news as it happens.
