Dead Space is the latest on the house title for PC through EA Origin

Nothing's more romantic than blasting zombie-alien hybrids in space.

For some of us anyway.

Visceral Games' first entry in the Dead Space franchise is the latest game to be made available on the house by EA through its Origin service.

This is the second time EA has given Dead Space away. It was the first on the house game to be offered on Origin back in March 2014.

If you have yet to play this particular title, or any Dead Space game for that matter, now is the perfect time to jump in since it looks as though a Dead Space 4 will never happen.

We hope not. But with Visceral closed up, we're sure things are probably up in the air regarding the series.

Currently, a download key for Dead Space will run you £6.79 through Amazon, and it is $19.99 or your regional equivalent for the digital download through Steam.

So, picking it up for free is really a no-brainer, because once you download anything on the house, it's yours to keep. Forever.
