Dead Space developer recruiting for new IP

Dead Space developer Visceral Games seems to be hiring for an unannounced new project.

In a pair of new job ads spotted by IGN, Visceral makes mention of "an exciting new IP" which both roles will have a chance to contribute to.

Unfortunately, both ads were clearly copy-edited by someone with an eye for detail as they complete fail to give away anything else of interest, beyond hints that the finished title is likely to include "Fire, Smoke, Explosions, and Rigid body destructions". Just like almost every triple-A game EA has produced in the last three years, then.

Possible candidates include a military shooter outed by Michael Pachter and the Star Wars game in the works at EA Canada, although calling that a new IP seems a bit of a stretch.

As well as Dead Space, Visceral is responsible for Dante's Inferno, and its Canadian off-shoot Visceral Montreal worked on Army of Two. We have no idea what else it might be up to, unless the shuttered Visceral Melbourne's project, The Ripper, is soon to see the light of day.
