Dead or Alive 5 Arcade is getting a new challenger in the form of Phase 4, a teleporting, lightning fast Kasumi clone with a a hooded cloak that'd make Ezio jealous. She's just received a trailer and screens for your viewing pleasure.

She's looks really fast and disorientating. What do you think?
