Daylight release date delayed by three weeks, new video shows gameplay clips

Daylight, the Unreal Engine 4 title from Blacklight: Retribution developer Zombie Studios, has had its release date pushed into later in April.

According to the developer, the procedural generated title was originally slated to be released on April 8 but will now release on April 29.

Zombie Studios said the extra time will allow for all the "scare cues' to be "properly implemented for maximum player effect."

Daylight is available for pre-order on PC right now through April 29 for $9.99, which is 33% off the original price.

Starting on April 29 for twp weeks, PS Plus subscribers will be able to get Daylight on PlayStation 4 for $9.99, non-subscribers $11.99.

After the promotional periods, Daylight will be its regular $14.99 price.
